Hi, I’m Abby — a licensed esthetician with 15 years of experience in the skincare industry and the owner of Aesthetics by Abby. My approach to skin is both results-driven and deeply respectful of the skin barrier, because I truly believe that lasting results can only happen when the skin is healthy, supported, and strong. Before jumping into aggressive treatments, my focus is always on repairing and protecting the skin barrier. When the barrier is compromised, the skin can’t heal, respond, or thrive the way it’s meant to — and no treatment will ever reach its full potential. Once the foundation is solid, that’s when we can safely and effectively work toward real, visible results. Alongside advanced skincare treatments, I also specialize in luxury head spa rituals that support scalp health, relaxation, and overall wellness. The scalp is an extension of the skin, and caring for it properly can improve hair health, relieve tension, and create a deeply restorative experience that benefits both the skin and the nervous system. Beyond skincare, I believe that mental health and overall wellness are just as important as the products and treatments we use. Skin and stress are deeply connected, and I understand that on a personal level. That understanding shapes the way I treat my clients — with patience, compassion, and zero judgment. My treatment room is a space where you’re seen, heard, and cared for. I take the time to educate, listen, and customize every experience so you feel confident not only in your skin, but in the process we’re taking together. CANCELLATION POLICY
⭐️Cancellation Policy To respect both your time and mine, please review the following policies before booking: Arrival Time Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late will need to be rescheduled, and a fee may apply. Cancellations & Rescheduling I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the service total • Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service total • No-call/text, no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total. •If you are a no call/text you are given one more chance to schedule if you have given good reason. •If you no call/text a 2nd time, you will be banned from scheduling. ⭐️Card on File A valid card on file is required to book. By scheduling, you agree to these policies and authorize charges in the event of late cancellations or missed appointments. Please note also that appointments are reserved exclusively for you. Same-day service adjustments that reduce appointment time may incur a fee of up to 50% of the removed service. ⭐️Gift Certificate Policy Gift certificates are treated the same as any other appointment reservation. A valid credit card is required to book an appointment using a gift certificate. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service value, which will be deducted from the gift certificate balance. No-show appointments will result in 100% of the scheduled service value being deducted from the gift certificate balance. Gift certificates have no cash value and are non-refundable. Any remaining balance may be used toward future services or retail purchases, if applicable. By scheduling an appointment using a gift certificate, the recipient agrees to Aesthetics by Abby’s cancellation and appointment policies.
