Hi, I’m Abby — a licensed esthetician with 15 years of experience in the skincare industry and the owner of Aesthetics by Abby. My approach to skin is both results-driven and deeply respectful of the skin barrier, because I truly believe that lasting results can only happen when the skin is healthy, supported, and strong. Before jumping into aggressive treatments, my focus is always on repairing and protecting the skin barrier. When the barrier is compromised, the skin can’t heal, respond, or thrive the way it’s meant to — and no treatment will ever reach its full potential. Once the foundation is solid, that’s when we can safely and effectively work toward real, visible results. Alongside advanced skincare treatments, I also specialize in luxury head spa rituals that support scalp health, relaxation, and overall wellness. The scalp is an extension of the skin, and caring for it properly can improve hair health, relieve tension, and create a deeply restorative experience that benefits both the skin and the nervous system. Beyond skincare, I believe that mental health and overall wellness are just as important as the products and treatments we use. Skin and stress are deeply connected, and I understand that on a personal level. That understanding shapes the way I treat my clients — with patience, compassion, and zero judgment. My treatment room is a space where you’re seen, heard, and cared for. I take the time to educate, listen, and customize every experience so you feel confident not only in your skin, but in the process we’re taking together. CANCELLATION POLICY
⭐ Appointment & Cancellation Policy Thank you for choosing Aesthetics by Abby! These policies are designed to respect both your time and mine while allowing me to provide the highest level of care to every client. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following policies. ⭐ Arrival Time Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late may need to be rescheduled, and a late cancellation fee may apply if there is not enough time to safely complete the scheduled service. ⭐ Cancellations & Rescheduling I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. ● Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. ● Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. ● No-call/text, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. ● Clients who no-call/no-show may be given one opportunity to schedule another appointment at my discretion. A second no-call/no-show may result in being permanently unable to book future appointments. Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. Same-day reductions in appointment time or removal of scheduled services may result in a fee of up to 50% of the removed service, as that time was reserved specifically for you. Aesthetics by Abby reserves the right to refuse future appointments to clients with repeated late cancellations, excessive rescheduling, or repeated no-shows. ⭐ Card on File A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve all appointments. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. It is securely stored and will only be charged in accordance with this cancellation policy or with your verbal or written authorization for services, packages, or retail purchases. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and authorize these policies. ⭐ Package Appointments Appointments booked using a package are subject to the same cancellation and no-show policies. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the applicable cancellation fee or one treatment being deducted from your package. ⭐ Retail Products Due to the nature of professional skincare, opened or used products are non-refundable. If you experience irritation or have concerns about your skincare products, please contact me. I am happy to help adjust your routine or discuss an exchange when appropriate. Retail products will never be charged to your card on file without your verbal or written authorization. ⭐ Illness Policy If you are experiencing a fever, vomiting, a contagious illness, or have been advised by a healthcare provider to isolate, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. ⭐ Children & Guests To provide every client with a relaxing and uninterrupted experience, I kindly ask that only those receiving services attend the appointment unless prior arrangements have been made. ⭐ Clients Under 18 Clients under the age of 18 must have parent or legal guardian consent before receiving services. ⭐ Gift Certificate Policy Gift certificates are treated the same as any other appointment reservation. A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve an appointment using a gift certificate. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service value, which will be deducted from the gift certificate balance. No-show appointments will result in 100% of the scheduled service value being deducted from the gift certificate balance. Gift certificates are non-refundable, have no cash value, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Any remaining balance may be used toward future services or eligible retail purchases. By scheduling an appointment using a gift certificate, the recipient agrees to Aesthetics by Abby’s appointment and cancellation policies. 🩷 Thank you for respecting these policies and supporting my small business.
